6″ cake: 6 to 8 servings
8″ cake: 10 to 12 servings
Serving temperature: Best at ~20°C. Remove from the fridge 20–25 minutes before serving.
Use a stainless steel knife for clean edges. Be sure to fork through every layer at once to experience the full balance of flavors.
Storage & Freshness
Place in the refrigerator (0-4°C) immediately upon receipt for at least 30 minutes to let the cake settle before slicing.
Important: Keep chilled at all times. Do not freeze.
Best consumed within 3 days.
Transportation & Handling
Transport by car only. Ensure the AC is on high and the cake is kept away from direct sunlight or heat.
Place the cake on a flat, level surface at all times (the car floor is often safer than a tilted seat).
For trips over 1 hour, please use a cooler bag and ice packs.
Note: We deliver all whole cake orders in cooler bags, but we do not provide separate ice packs.
