Delivery Policy

  • MMG Patisserie delivery service is managed by third-party vendors such as Lalamove and Grab Express.
  • Deliveries are by arrangements only with charges applied. To calculate the delivery fees, please enter your location during checkout.
  • Our delivery time slots are 12PM-3PM, 3PM-5PM, and 5PM-6PM daily.
  • For multi-level residences, buildings and shopping malls, please ensure that a person is available to receive the order at the main entrance as our rider might not able to deliver the order straight to your unit.
  • Your orders will be returned to us if collection is not completed. Additional charges might be incurred to reschedule the delivery.
  • Please take note that once delivery is confirmed, MMG Patisserie will not be held liable for any damages that may occur during the delivery process.
  • Once the order has been delivered and signed for, MMG Patisserie will not accept any liability for any damages to the order or for any failure to follow the instructions provided.

Refund Policy

  • To cancel your order, please notify us at least 72 hours/ 3 days before delivery/ pickup time via Email or Whatsapp. If your request is accepted, we’ll disburse the refund via store credit only.
  • MMG Patisserie will not take any responsibilities for late or non-deliveries under following circumstances:
    • Recipient is not present at the premises at the time of the delivery was requested to take place.
    • Incorrect address and contact number given was incorrect.
    • No such person at the premise
    • In rare cases of delayed delivery due to circumstance that out of our control, MMG Patisserie will not be held liable for any claims.
  • For any wrong or incomplete orders, please inform us within 2 hours upon receiving your items. All items should remain original and unconsumed for a refund or exchange of product.
  • For faulty items, such as products which contain non-edible elements, please inform us within 24 hours upon their arrival. Please provide us with photos or necessary proof of defect for us to investigate further. All allegation of faulty items received by us after 24 hours will not be entertained.
