Can I choose the delivery date and time slot for my order?
Yes, you can select your preferred delivery date and time slot during the checkout process. Our available time slots are 12PM-3PM and 3PM-6PM daily.
Who provides the delivery service for MMG Patisserie?
MMG Patisserie’s delivery service is managed by third-party providers such as Lalamove and Grab Express. We will arrange the delivery with the providers on our end to ensure efficient and reliable delivery to our customers
Will the driver deliver my order directly to my unit in a multi-level residence, building, or shopping mall?
Please ensure that a person is available to receive the order at the main entrance or collection area, as our driver might not be able to deliver the order straight to your unit.
What happens if my order is not collected?
Your orders will be returned to us if collection is not completed. Additional charges might be incurred to reschedule the delivery.
Is MMG Patisserie liable for any damages that occur during the delivery process?
We understand that accidents during delivery can sometimes occur, and we strive to prevent such incidents. In the rare cases when they do happen, we will work closely with our delivery partners to determine the most effective solution and address the situation accordingly. However, please note that once the delivery is confirmed, MMG Patisserie cannot be held liable for any damages that may occur during the delivery process, as it is the responsibility of the delivery provider.
Is MMG Patisserie liable for any damages or issues after I sign for the delivery?
Once the order has been delivered and signed for, MMG Patisserie will not accept any liability for any damages to the order or for any failure to follow the instructions provided.
Non-Deliveries, Cancellations & Refunds
How can I cancel my order and request a refund?
To cancel your order, please notify us at least 72 hours/3 days before the delivery/pickup time via Email or Whatsapp. If your request is accepted, we’ll disburse the refund via a payment method we deem suitable after deducting relevant online payment gateway fees
Is MMG Patisserie Liable for late or non-deliveries?
If a mistake is made by MMG Patisserie, we will collaborate with you to find the most appropriate solution based on the specific situation. This may involve providing full or partial refunds as deemed suitable.
MMG Patisserie will not be held responsible for late or non-deliveries in the following situations:
- The recipient is not present at the delivery address during the requested delivery time.
- Incorrect address or contact information is provided.
- There is no such person at the provided address.
What should I do if my order is wrong or incomplete?
Please inform us within 2 hours upon receiving your items. All items should remain original and unconsumed for a refund or exchange of product.
What should I do if I receive a faulty item?
In the case of faulty items, such as defects in non-edible decorations or items like candles or cake cutters, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Kindly provide photos or any necessary evidence of the defect for our further investigation. Please note that any claims of faulty items made after the 24-hour period will not be considered.
